Companion Pet Terms
Companion Pet Raffle & Conditional Placement Agreement
Acceptance by receipt: Acceptance or receipt of any puppy or companion pet from a raffle, giveaway, or promotion constitutes full legal acknowledgment and agreement to all terms below. No signature, checkbox, or separate written assent is required.
Colorado raffle compliance: No purchase or financial consideration is required to enter or receive a Companion Pet. This promotional program is intended to comply with Colorado law and is not gambling or a lottery under applicable Colorado law.
Classification: Companion pets are gifted, not sold, and do not include breeder or resale rights.
The animal must receive adequate veterinary care according to recommendations of a licensed veterinarian.
The recipient must provide one current photo of the animal each month to the Company.
The recipient must immediately notify the Company if housing, financial, health, or care issues arise.
The recipient may not rehome, transfer, or surrender the animal without permission.
Placement authority: Deondric Jamar Woods reserves the right to decide placement and re-placement of all Companion Pets gifted through raffles or giveaways.
Venue: This Agreement shall be governed by Colorado law, and exclusive venue for any dispute shall lie in El Paso County, Colorado.
Plain-English summary: These puppies are gifted, not sold. They are companion pets only. You must provide vet care, send one photo each month, and notify us of serious issues. You cannot rehome the dog without permission. Accepting the puppy means you agree to all rules.
Purchase Terms
Full Ownership & Breeder Rights Purchase Agreement
Acceptance by receipt: Receipt or acceptance of the puppy constitutes legal acceptance of all purchase terms below. No separate signature or checkbox is required.
Purchase prices: Male puppies are $2,500.00 and female puppies are $3,500.00.
Payment terms: Full payment is due within ninety (90) days of the buyer receiving the animal. Until full payment is made, the Company retains legal ownership and breeder authority.
Breeder rights: Full ownership and breeder rights transfer only after full payment is completed. Unauthorized breeding before full payment is a material breach and may void any health warranty and result in repossession or other available remedies.
Three-year health warranty: A limited three-year health warranty is provided for congenital or genetic conditions that materially affect the animal’s quality of life and are confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.
Venue: This Agreement shall be governed by Colorado law, and exclusive venue for any dispute shall lie in El Paso County, Colorado.
